Villa Arellano is a charming 4-bedroom villa in Calan Forcat, Menorca, accommodating up to 8 guests. Ideally situated within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach, this villa offers stunning countryside views and a homely ambiance. The fantastic position of Villa Arellano, a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Calan Forcat, makes it a great choice for your Menorca villa holiday. The shops, restaurants and waterpark along the main street, as well as the beach, are all easily reachable on foot. Alternatively, the historic town of Ciutadella is only a short bus or taxi ride away. As if that weren’t enough, the villa also has superb countryside views and a homely interior. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.
The spacious terrace provides the ideal setting to sunbathe or enjoy a game of pool or table tennis. The private swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access when you need a break from the sun. Villa Arellano also has a brick BBQ and a shaded table and chairs for indulging in the laid back, alfresco Spanish way of life.
For anyone who does decide to hire a car, there is ample parking space on the driveway, gated from the street. The main entrance is at the side of the house.
The lounge is spacious, with ample seating, a flat screen TV and patio doors opening onto the pool terrace. The kitchen is adjacent, with all mod cons for a relaxing stay, and a dining table and chairs. Patio doors from here also open onto the terrace. There is also a handy utility room which houses the washing machine.
There is a double bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room and a second double bedroom. This double bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony with spectacular views over the Calan Forcat countryside – the perfect spot for enjoying the breath-taking Menorcan sunset.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We stayed at Villa Arellano during June. The villa itself was spotless and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. We had a fabulous time at villa – the photos on the internet are good but when we arrived there we realised the villa was even better than we had anticipated!
We really enjoyed our week in this picturesque part of Menorca. Villa Arellano was very well-situated, the views from the house were beautiful and we liked the fact that the house wasn’t overlooked by anyone. The children absolutely loved the pool and they swam all the time. We would have liked tips on where to get groceries. It was a very relaxing week and we had a super time!
