This modern, well-equipped villa with private pool is in Son Veri Nou and offers accommodation to 10 guests. The house has a lawn area and a swimming pool, a perfect place to refresh during hot summer days! It has 5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, heating and closet, and all of them with two twin beds. Two of the rooms are en suite. There are two more bathrooms with shower (1 can be found in the garage) and a toilet. The big living room is very well lighted and it has comfy sofas, satellite TV, WIFI and a big dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished with a modern and practical style and it has all the appliances you might need during your outside is a perfect place to enjoy your days in this beautiful island.
There are tables and chairs for all guests so you will be able to enjoy summer dinners with friends and family!Son Verí Nou is very well connected: nearby there is a big supermarket and in s’Arenal you will find a Yacht Club, shops, restaurants and bars. If you like playing golf you have a selection of three different Golf Courses, all accessible with a short drive. A few meters from the house there are different coves where you can have a relaxing swim.
Nearby you will be able to discover other beaches that are worth to visit: Cala Blava, Cala Pi, Es Trenc, or Colònia de Sant Jordi, from where you can take a boat to the little island of Cabrera (National Park). Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Terms:
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

All bookings are made directly with us, with no additional booking, commission, or service fees. We believe in clear and transparent pricing, so the price you see is the price you pay.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at this villa to celebrate a birthday. We were a family of ten of all ages. The villa surpassed expectations and was exactly as shown in photos.
Communication with the property manager with any queries was second to none, they were only too pleased to help. We particularly liked the outdoor cooking and eating area where we enjoyed many meals. There were many activities that kept the younger ones occupied from table tennis, bikes, pool table etc. Would I recommend a stay at this villa! Absolutely – Go there, relax and have a great time.

We were with 3 families in the finca. Everything corresponds to 100% of the pictures and information.
Every second day a pool boy and a gardener came and cleaned everything. The modern kitchen has a lot of dishes in the cupboards. There is even a fryer installed. We were very satisfied and would always book this finca again.

The villa was very good! It corresponds exactly to the pictures and for 10 people it is big enough. Top in the shot and great kitchen equipment. We would always rent this finca!
