Off road parking, ample for several cars, is located behind the villa gates. Access the villa by the front door across the pool terrace on the right. Enter into the hall and straight ahead are the stairs, whilst an arch on the left leads to the lounge/dining area where a cloakroom is situated. This has doors out to the terraces and pool with sea views.

The kitchen is through the arch on the left, where a utility room is located. Back to entrance hall where on the right, you will find a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Downstairs from the hall lead to the twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Access to the patio is at the far side of bedroom with steps leading up to the pool terrace. Upstairs, you will find three twin bedrooms and a separate. All three upstairs bedrooms have lovely sea views. Outside is laid to terraces and gravel with olive trees and plants inset. The heated infinity pool has sea views and terracing around with a BBQ house to one side.

This villa is within downhill walking distance to both El Portet Beach and the main hub of Moraira Village passing by the marina on route. You can find something to suit all tastes in Moraira from fine dining, to a day out relaxing on one of the sandy beaches. The marina at the end of the high street, is a special place to dine overlooking the water. In the summer fiestas are held with costumes, battles and spectacular fireworks.

Moraira has two main beaches, both with Blue Flag status. El Portet is a beautiful beach with shallow, calm waters perfect for a peaceful dip in the sea. L’Ampollo is the longer stretch of beach, with soft golden sand and plenty of watersports plus sunbeds and parasols to hire. If you want to explore further, there are many sandy coves around the coastline, some with beach bars in the summer months.
