House in the center of Cala d’Or at 300m from the beach and the marina, no car needed to go downtown for restaurants. It has a pool, barbecue and a large garden,.
The house is ideal if you prefer to be independent from car hire. Beach, shopping facilities and restaurants are in easy walking distance (approx. 5 to 10 minutes) and there is a tram connecting the individual areas of Cala d’Or. The holiday resort itself is family friendly, offers 7 beaches and a vast variety of leisure activities. The Vall d’Or golf course, the picturesque village of Porto Colom and the beach Cala Mondrago are only a short drive away.
Distribution of the house is as follows:
The ground floor offers an ample living room, separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen with access to the large porch and summer kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms. There are two double rooms, one with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has air-conditioning and a bathroom en-suite. The other bathrooms are sharing one full bathroom.
The 4th bedroom is on the first floor and offers a bathroom en-suite as well as a private terrace.

Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.

Not sure anyone could expect anything better in holiday villa accommodation as this, truly splendid all round, would’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Only shortfall is no external ” facilities ” which would stop people using the lounge as a thoroughfare to the toilets, villa interior is far too good for that !! All in all a very good holiday for a large party such as ours in an gem of a villa with all it’s amenities.

This villa is simply stunning. It’s beautifully furnished and has every bit of equipment you could possibly need – all of which are of the highest standard (I’ve already placed a Bosch hairdryer on my Christmas list!). The photos on the website are good but they don’t do full justice to just how brilliant the facilities are. The BBQ is incredible (loved the outside fridge); outside dining area is perfect; and as for the outside beds – it’s tempting to stay the night there! The pool is a really good size. We had a great week that passed way too quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone – we’ve stayed in a number of owner’s direct villas and this one is definitely top our list.
