A sleek minimalist villa overlooking the sea—what could be more stylishly serene than a stay at Villa Annabella? Close to the beach, airport and the town of Ibiza, the property is nevertheless private and secluded, with 24-hour security to guarantee your peace of mind. Monochromatic white interiors, four bedrooms and a terrace with water views beckon you to bliss out.
The villa opens to a spacious terrace with lounge and dining areas and views of the surrounding hillsides and the Mediterranean. Dip your feet in the angular infinity pool, read or nap on one of the chaise longues or sip a cool drink at the bar. Flip on the indoor sound system to set a mood, share photos via Wi-Fi and store your best bottles in the wine fridge.
The all-white great room at Villa Annabella is both serene and stunning. Bordered on both sides by floor-to-ceiling windows, it’s bright, airy and totally modern. At one end, crisp sofas are pulled around the TV and a wall of cabinets; at the other, the same flat-fronted white panels conceal the cabinets in the fully equipped kitchen. In the middle, there’s a generous kitchen island with a breakfast bar.
Whether you’re catching a quick siesta or resting up after a day on the beach, the villa’s four bedrooms are oases of calm. Each has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom and the same monochromatic white color scheme as the great room, broken only by the occasional tufted armchair in a juicy shade of orange or magenta. The master bedroom opens to the terrace, and one other bedroom has a balcony.
From the villa, it’s just a 10-minute walk to Sa Caixota Beach and a short drive to everywhere else you’d want to go: 10 minutes to the Tropicana Beach Club, 15 minutes to the town of Ibiza and Es Cubells and 18 minutes to the Ibiza airport. Families will enjoy peaceful walks, nearby restaurants, and activities in Es Cubells.

2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.

We stayed with friends in this luxurious villa with sweeping views of the sea. All was perfect: space and privacy, a beautiful pool, perfectly kept garden and vegetation…. The host Alba, and his staff, are just amazing. Each room and corner of the house is beautifully decorated. Modern and with all the gadgets and technology you need.
Staying at Villa Annabella is such a pleasure that you do not want ever to step out of it.

The facilities,cleanliness and thought and tasty gifts provided by the staff make this a place to thoroughly relax and just get on with enjoying your holiday.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa. Our group consisted of 4 couples and everyone agreed that it was a great place. The villa is in a great location, remote enough to be away from the busy resorts but close enough to have all the benefits. We never hired a car but found it easy getting about with taxi’s and we even walked into Ibiza town one day.
The villa is a great size and even with 4 couples it does not seem over crowded. The outdoor space is simply beautiful and even after a late night your are keen to get up early and enjoy amazing views over the sea.
We would definitely go back.

The villa was truly incredible. The views are spectacular and the service and communication we experienced with Alba was superb. The best part of the villa is the location which is very important when renting in Ibiza. Es Cubells is an amazing place. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone coming to ibiza. I will be staying there again!
