Villa Amy is a luxury, modern and contemporary Ibiza villa. There are 6 bedrooms which are split between the main house and guest house. The villa is located close to Ibiza Town in a quiet area with easy access to the road that take you towards San Jose (Sant Josep de sa Talaia) village to the west and less than a 10 minute drive to Ibiza Town, and the beaches of Salinas, Es Cavallet, Playa den Bossa and Cala Jondal.
The main house of 450 square metres is on 2 floors and is where you will find 4 bedrooms all with King size double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom. The guest house is a generous 120 square metres and has 2 bedrooms both with air conditioning; these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms are available on request.
The main living area also has air conditioning and is open plan with a modern fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a gym room with resistance machines and free weights.
There is a housekeeper who lives on site and cleans for 3 hours per day 6 days per week (excluding Sunday)
The large square swimming pool measures 10 metres x 10 metres
The option of loungers and comfy sofas for chilling out.
The villa is set in an elevated position with sea views.

In a great location; officially known as KM5 as it is approximately 5 kilometres from the outskirts of Ibiza Town; 9 kilometres to the beating heart of Ibiza Town with the widest choice of restaurants, bars and shops. You can choose to keep it simple with tapas or go to a Michelin star restaurant, or choose from hundreds of places in between. In Ibiza Town you will find Pacha, Heart and Lio Restaurant Club.
There is a good restaurant, Cas Costas Grill & Market, 2.6 kilometres away, which also has a small organic supermarket. For beaches and beach clubs you have a wide choice within a 10 minute car/taxi journey.
In Playa den Bossa (7 kilometres) you have the beach clubs and restaurants including Ushuaia Beach Club, Beach House, Nassau Beach Club, Tanit beach, as well as Hi Ibiza: the club that was preciously the site of Space.
Blue Marlin and other beach restaurants at Cala Jondal is 8 kilometres.
The best (probably) beaches at Salinas and Es Cavallet are 11 kilometres away (beach clubs include Jockey Club, Sa Trinxa and Restaurante El Chiringuito). On the west coast is Cala Tarida (Cotton Beach Club) is 16 kilometres, and Cala Bassa (Cala Bassa Beach Club) is 18 kilometres. San Antonio (Café Mambo, Cafe del Mar) 18 kilometres, and just on the edge of San Antonio is the famous Pikes Ibiza. To the east is Amante Beach Club (21 kilometres) and Nikki Beach (27 kilometres) with many smaller beaches in between all the ones aforementioned with many traditional beachfront seafood restaurants to discover.

Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Our stay at Villa Amy was an unforgettable Ibiza experience. The 6 bedrooms, spread between the main house and guest house, provided comfort and privacy.
