Villa Amagante is a modern country house with spacious individual suites. The villa is situated on a 7,000 m² finca, with great panoramic views over the coast to the Atlantic Ocean, the neighbouring island ‘La Gomera’ and the mountains of Tenerife.

The holiday country house ‘Amagante’ has its own beautiful (heated) swimming pool with outside shower, sun umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds. The estate is one of seven fincas located on a rural private road, 2 km away from the nearest small typical Canarian village ‘Los Menores’, belonging to the neighbouring towns of the ‘Costa Adeje’.
Villa Amagante is a great starting point for travellers who want to have a more peaceful surrounding outside the touristic area but close enough to enjoy the services. A great base for people that combine a relax vacation at the villa’s pool side with hiking or biking in one of the many nature reserves, playing golf or go out to explore one of the beautiful beaches.
You will find the most important touristic areas and the most popular beaches of “Costa Adeje”, “Playa de las Americas” and “Los Cristianos” by car in only 10-15 minutes and the main airport of the island “Reina Sofia” at 24km. Local shops & restaurants in the neighbouring village on 1,5 km distance and larger supermarkets and international grocery on 4 km distance. We are located close enough to be still far away.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the villa’s size and beauty. The multiple kitchens made catering for our large group easy, and the meditation and event room was a unique touch. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the BBQ area, or exploring Tenerife, everything about this stay was perfect.
This villa is an absolute gem! The location is quiet and private, yet only a short drive to Costa Adeje’s top attractions. The landscaped gardens, sun terraces, and outdoor lounges provided the perfect setting to unwind. The fiber-optic Wi-Fi and dedicated office space were a great bonus for those who needed to stay connected.
The service was on very good level, many thanks to villa manager Francesca about that. Booking of villa was very easy, and he was very helpful in any matters. He gave us very good instructions before we even arrived to island and thanks of those instructions. Free airport transfer was available.
We have just returned from a brilliant week at Villa Amagante. From the moment we arrived we enjoyed the comfort and location of this fabulous house. With fine attention to detail, the owner has created a glorious holiday home that offers lots of extras and a level of service not normally enjoyed from a holiday let.
The views from the lovely garden and pool area extend across farmland to to the sea offering the most beautiful and peaceful of environments. It is not overlooked and is very quiet. We rent houses on a regular basis, sometimes up to four a year and this is most definitely at the top of our list, we enjoyed every moment and hope to return soon.
Villa was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Marcelo made us feel very welcome and made himself readily available to deal with any problems – not that we had any! Would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return there again soon.
Villa Amagante was the perfect choice for our family reunion. With 15 bedrooms, everyone had their own space while still being able to gather in the large common areas. The heated pool, stunning ocean views, and peaceful surroundings made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for any group getaway!
