The highlight of Villa Amadoe has to be the spectacular view of the open sea. It’s superb seafront position also means the picturesque Cala Serena Beach is only a few minutes’ walk away, as well as a choice of restaurants and shops. This impressive 4 bedroom villa has a spacious lawned garden and views of the sea from the living area.
The best place to enjoy that stunning view is from the rear terrace accessed from the lounge or far side of the pool area. The sheltered, sea-facing terrace comes complete with a table and seating – the perfect idyll from which to enjoy the landscape. Sun-worshippers will also have plenty of space to relax on the sun terrace by the private, salt water pool. You’ll also have your own brick BBQ to cook up some typical Spanish tapas before sitting down by the waterfront to dine alfresco.
Electric gates with an entry-phone system, open onto the villa’s private parking area. The main entrance is at the front of the house, by the private swimming pool. The combined lounge and dining area has patio doors onto the spacious sea-facing terrace at the rear. There is comfortable seating, a feature fireplace, flat screen TV and a table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and has all mod cons for a relaxing stay.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main part of the villa; 2 twin bedrooms and a double bedroom all sharing 2 separate shower rooms. The twin bedroom adjacent to the lounge has superb views of the sea from the patio doors onto the terrace. The second double bedroom has an en suite shower room, and can only be accessed from the pool terrace.

The villa is perfect for keen beach-goers, just a short stroll from the sandy bay of Cala Serena. You will have a restaurant nearby as well as a supermarket to stock up on your daily essentials. But venture into the centre Cala Ferrera or marina of Cala D’or for a much larger selection, around 30 minutes’ away on foot, or a few minutes by car.
There are seven sandy coves in Cala D’or including Es Forti and Cala Ferrera with small, yet perfectly formed, beaches. It’s worth visiting a few to find your favourite. You can try windsurfing, diving and snorkelling too. Facilities are available so, at the end of a day at the beach, you can shower off the sand and sun cream and visit the beach bars for a well-deserved sundowner!

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

I am very impressed with the quality and high standard. The housekeeper had perfectly timed our arrival with a champagne reception for my friend’s 33th birthday. The pool, manicured garden and attention to detail made our trip one we will always remember. Close to local shops, supermarkets and the port I would definitely stay again. Exceptional value for money. Would I book again…absolutely!
You don’t need to look any further, this property ticks all the boxes. This property inside and out was big enough for all, the outside space, a great pool was the best bit. We planned to go out more but with the villa being so good and children enjoying the pool we only went out a couple of occasions on our 8 night stay. We’re already in talks to stay again. Thank you for the memories we all have.
