The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We booked Villa Almendra for a chill getaway with friends and it delivered big time. the pool area was spotless, we used it every day. inside was cozy, not too fancy but just right. we even got lucky with a discount on booking – thx to the agent who helped us, super friendly and helpful. beach isn’t far either, just a quick drive.
Stayed here with another couple and our kids – 7 of us total. plenty of space, clean rooms, comfy beds. kitchen had all the stuff, so we cooked most days. one evening we walked to the old town (like 10 mins away?) and it was so charming!! Also shoutout to the agency, booking was super easy and they gave us a lil welcome pack with snacks and water – nice touch! def wanna come back.
Honestly the most relaxing vacay we’ve had in a while. the views, the garden, the quiet—loved it all.
we stayed here for a week with family and it was sooo nice! the pool was the fav spot for everyone, especially in the afternoon. loved how quiet the area was but still super close to everything – beach, shops, restaurants. we even had dinner outside almost every night, the garden’s super cozy for that. villa was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. thanks to the team for making it all smooth from check-in to check-out!
