Villa Almaraz offers an idyllic retreat in the charming fishing village of Binibeca Vell, Menorca. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, this gated villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Villa Almaraz is set in a great location – a good choice of shops and restaurants in the charming fishing village of Binibeca Vell are just a short walk away. The beautiful beach of Binibeca is a little bit further and can be easily reached within a few minutes’ drive. This 4 bedroom property is enclosed in a gated garden with several terraces and has a private pool for making the most of the outdoor living. Air conditioning/heating in bedrooms and WiFi are included.
The south-facing pool is surrounded by plenty of terrace space and is bordered by a lawn and flowering shrubs – perfect for a relaxing holiday. This is an ideal place to soak up the Spanish sunshine before a much needed dip in the pool. The main covered terrace with outside dining furniture flows onto an open terrace area and is a perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco meal.
The grounds of the villa are gated from the road, opening onto a large parking area for your hire car, as well as the villa entrance.
The lounge has built-in bench seating, sofas, a small coffee table and patio doors leading onto an arched covered terrace. The dining area is open plan with the kitchen and has a table with chairs. There is a large kitchen area equipped with all the modern appliances. Next to it there is a large utility room with a washing machine, opening onto the garden area.
The villa is unusual in design and all 4 bedrooms are all spread over 3 floors. The ground floor twin bedroom is large, light and airy with an en suite bathroom, which has a half bath. This room has high sloping ceilings and a built in wardrobe, plus a window looking out over the garden. On the first floor there are further 2 twin bedrooms with a separate shower room. The second floor is entirely occupied by a stylishly decorated double bedroom, which has pleasant sea views. There is a separate bathroom on this floor.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Elegant, extremely well-equipped, airy and comfortable villa. Everything feels of a good standard, e.g. sunbeds by pool are high quality with thick, squashy cushions, and all the things you really need in a villa (e.g. towels, tea towels, handwash, even dishwasher tablets) are provided in abundance.
Just returned from a 7 day stay at this wonderful villa. The photographs do NOT do it justice as it’s even more beautiful in real life. This was my second Visit to Villa Almaraz and I think I will be there next year too!!

Our family enjoyed a great 10 days at Villa Almaraz in July 2016. The house is large location is perfect, with restaurants and beach. Would highly recommend!
8 of us stayed at the villa and we all could not recommend it more! The house itself is beautiful – the photos don’t do it justice. The pool particularly is fantastic. We stayed during the second week of August, peak time but the house was a peaceful retreat. the house was spotlessly clean upon arrival and the location was great. the nearest beaches are also great.
