A beautiful stylish 4 bedroom villa located in the village of Tias. This is an ideal villa for larger groups to relax and unwind. The peaceful location is a short drive to the town of Tias which has a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket. You can also reach the popular resort and beaches of Puerto del Carmen in 10 minutes by car.
The villa is built on 2 floors. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area has ample seating and is fully equipped. Three of the 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the principal bedroom is upstairs with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The villa has air conditioning and can sleep up to 9 guests in the bedrooms and a further 2 children on a double sofa bed outside the principal bedroom.

Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
