Villa Alegre is a modern 5 bedroom villa located in the gated community (urbanization) of Vista Alegre close to Es Cubells & Porroig. This is a highly sought after area and, possibly, the most expensive area for both buy and rent in Ibiza.
Villa Alegre is a really great value 5 bedroom villa, all of which have air-conditioning. There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, and a master bedroom on the first floor, with magnificent sea views. The living area is mostly open plan on split levels, with sea views and direct access to the covered seating area, and the covered dining area. The outside area provides comfortable outdoor seating and chill out areas with views to the sea & towards the bay of Porroig. The pool measures to compact 7m x 4m, but perfect for cooling off.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We stayed at the Villa Alegre in June as a group of 10 people. The villa is fantastically maintained and all staff couldn’t have been more helpfuly. The weather was fantastic and we made full use of the barbecue and various outdoor seating options for dinner. One evening the agent arranged for a catered meal for us for a birthday celebration – the food was amazing and the cake was delicious!!!. A truly fantastic holiday, and we didn’t want to come home!!
Wow. What a villa!!! I have just returned after a girlie week with friends. The villa is amazing. The host met us and gave us a tour of the villa but it wasn’t until he left you realised the size of it. If you wanted peace and quiet you could find it! The furniture and fittings were first class. The pool was lovely. The view was incredible. I just need a wee lottery win to come back !!!
Our family have just enjoyed a relaxing stay at this villa. Although it is in a great location, we found the villa to be really nice, which was just what we wanted. We spent most days around the lovely pool area relaxing and playing a bit of pool volleyball. The villa is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We would definitely return.
