Villa Alaniz is a beautifully renovated 8-bedroom finca in Can Furnet, accommodating up to 16 guests. Each of the 8 double bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. This stunning 8 bedroom finca style property located in a secluded quiet area above Ibiza town offers ideal access to town the harbour and privacy with a private drive secured by an electronic gate. It has sensational views to Formentera, Ibiza and the harbour. By car it is fifteen minutes to the airport and five minutes to Ibiza Town and the port area.
This is an original finca, more than 400 years old which has been recently renovated. It has eight double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The large walls of the finca are almost 3ft thick. The living room has satellite TV with 60 channels (in all main languages). It has a dining room with fireplace and a modern equipped kitchen. It also has two large roof terraces with dining tables for up to 30 people. A curved outdoor pool of 25 mtrs has a large surrounding terrace with sun loungers, BBQ and shower.
All rooms have air conditioning. The livable area is approx. 800 m². It has staff of 2 housekeepers.

If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.

Stayed here for a birthday celebration with friends, and it was a dream. The finca has so much character, and those Ibiza Town views were next level. We were close enough to enjoy the nightlife but far enough to have total peace and quiet. The booking process was seamless, and we even got a great deal for our dates. Absolutely loved it!

I’ve rented villas in Ibiza before, but nothing compares to this one. The house is massive, yet it still feels cozy. Loved the rooftop terraces with dining tables—perfect for sunset drinks! The concierge helped us plan a boat trip to Formentera, which was an unforgettable experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This villa is pure luxury! Tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to everything. The rooms were spacious, and having a private bathroom in each was great. The pool was a dream, and the BBQ area was perfect for lazy afternoons. The agency also helped us arrange a private chef one evening—best decision ever!

We had an incredible week at Villa Alaniz with our extended family. The finca is beautiful, with thick walls that kept it cool even in the summer heat. The outdoor dining areas were amazing—we had some unforgettable dinners with that view! The housekeepers were so helpful, and the concierge team gave us great recommendations. Such a special place!

We stayed here with a group of friends, and the villa was absolutely perfect. So much space, and every bedroom having an ensuite was a huge plus. The views over Ibiza Town were unreal, especially at night. The pool area was where we spent most of our time, and it never felt crowded. The agency made everything so easy, from booking to check-in. Can’t wait to return!

We have just returned from a one-week stay in this villa that far exceeding any of our expectations. Upon arrival we walked onto the property, which looks exactly like the online pictures, and were blown away. Inside the Villa is so well-maintained and comes complete with everything that you would need to recreate a “home-away-from-home”. This was coupled with complete seclusion, a wonderful pool area and spectacular views. In addition to the welcome pack of fresh fruits, wine, and olive oil, the agent went beyond the required role of hosts, providing advice about where to eat, what to see (and how to get there), accompanying us and making us feel like we actually lived in Ibiza. We would go further than just recommending this property to our friends, we would require it. Perfect Holiday!

We rented the Alaniz Villa as had a large group of adults travelling to Ibiza,when we arrived I was speechless the villa is even more beautiful in real life then in the pictures(hard to believe as the pictures are amazing too) the hosts are the friendliest most helpful people I have ever met nothing is too much!they even sourced a birthday cake for one of our party for us, above and beyond is the only way is can describe the service we received! The views are spectacular and breathtaking. We will definitely be back soon!
