Villa Alameda is a beautifully restored farmhouse located between the areas of Benalmadena Costa and the town of Fuengirola. This 5 bedroom villa is convenient to all the restaurants, bars and shops in these popular resorts, which can be reached by a short car ride. It also has quality furnishings and a fantastic lawned garden with private pool. Ideal for large groups and families, this villa includes WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms.
Stairs next to the kitchen take you down to the lower floor where the garden and swimming pool are located. Sunbeds are available for relaxation, as well as a pergola in one corner should you need some respite from the sun. A terrace is situated to one side of the pool with a seating area and small table and chairs where you can relax with a book. There is also an external shower/wet room and a pathway with some steps taking you to the games outer house, which has a small bar, terrace, some seating and a large fridge. To the edge of the garden there is a further terrace with table and chairs. Next to the kitchen there is an attractive, covered BBQ terrace complete with a table and chairs.
Steps from the street take you down to the entrance via the terrace which is located next to the kitchen.
The lounge is spacious and has comfortable seating for your party, as well as a small study area where you can relax with a book should you fancy cooling down from the Spanish sunshine. The dining room is next to the kitchen, an ideal place for a family meal after a day spent exploring the attractions the Costa del Sol has to offer.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for preparing and cooking your holiday cuisine. There is also a dining table with chairs where you can enjoy a morning coffee or breakfast.
The first floor has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and shared bathroom with double sink just to the right of the main living area. The lower floor has a further 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which has a separate dressing area and spacious en suite bathroom with a separate large shower cubicle and double sinks, as well as access to a terrace. There is also a second twin bedroom and a separate bathroom.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our recent holiday at Villa Alameda was a delightful experience. The villa’s location between Benalmadena Costa and Fuengirola was convenient for exploring the area. The well-maintained garden and private pool were a big hit, and the outdoor spaces, including the barbecue terrace and games house, added to our enjoyment. The villa’s interiors were comfortable, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were a blessing. We’re already making plans for our next visit.
Villa Alameda turned out to be a hidden gem in Benalmadena. The villa’s charm and well-furnished interiors made our stay truly enjoyable. The garden and private pool were our favorite hangout spots, and the external games house with a bar added a fun element to our vacation. The barbecue terrace was perfect for evening meals, and the bedrooms with air conditioning ensured a good night’s sleep. We can’t recommend this villa enough.

What can I say, we’ve had the best time! The rooms are lovely and spacious, the views are fantastic. We came a year ago and they’ve clearly put a lot of love and attention into some areas that previously needed a little tlc. Top place and plan to go back again 🙂
We had a lovley holiday at Villa Alameda. This villa is perfect for everyone couples and families alike.
The villa has everything you could need, home from home and more including complimentary provisions more than enough for a hearty breakfast.We found that its was not very far to the lovely beaches all of which have their own character, I could not decide which was my favourite so go and see them all. The meals made and delivered to the villa were lovely especially the BBQ ribs yum. You do not need to look further for a perfect place to stay. We will certainly be returning to this place in the sun hopefully with our families as I would like them to experience this fantastic villa and setting. WOW!
Villa Alameda was amazing, we would definately go back. We had an amazing holiday, the villa was immaculate! The most fabulous villa I have ever stayed in. First class!
