Villa Aintzane is a spacious 5 bedroom property with a large private pool located in the heart of the prestigious Guadalmina urbanisation. There are a small choice of shops and restaurants within 10 minutes’ walk. The beach and facilities of San Pedro are a 5 minute drive away and there is an excellent choice of golf courses nearby. What’s more the chic resorts of Puerto Banus and Marbella are just a little further. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, pool heating and WiFi are included.
The large private pool is surrounded by a well-kept mature and colourful garden with flower beds and lawn areas. This is the ideal spot to relax on a lounger whilst watching the activities by the pool. There are seating areas, a BBQ and a covered terrace for dining alfresco. What’s more there is also a smalll bar area.
From the large entrance hallway, there are doors into the spacious lounge and dining area. This room is comfortably furnished and has a small TV lounge next door. There is also direct access to the bright conservatory with a seating area and a dining suite, overlooking the gardens. The pool table is also located here. The large and well equipped kitchen has a small breakfast area with a handy utility room next door.
On the ground floor there is 1 twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms as well as a separate twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has a dressing area and balcony to both the front and the back so you can enjoy the sun, or the shade, at any time of the day. These balconies are also shared with two other bedrooms – a double overlooking the pool and the twin at the front of the house.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

My husband and I, and two close friends arrived at the villa for one week holiday and were highly impressed as soon as we seen it in the flesh, so to speak. It was spotlessly clean and every possible effort had been made to ensure a “home from home” experience.
