Villa Ahumaderia in Puerto del Carmen, private heated pool, Sleeps 10

The villa is in a quiet location and we loved to go to the center of Puerto del Carmen, a few minutes drive from the property. There is supermarket and a gas station within walking distance but you would need a car for everything else. Still worth it though. Beautiful villa with a great view and very nice hosts available at all times for questions or suggestions. I 100% recommend it!

We left extremely happy. It was clean and quite. The villa felt like home with no unnecessary visits from owners yet still available for to contact if needed. I will certainly consider to use this agency if we would like to rent a house again at Lanzarote or somewhere else.

We chose this villa because we needed space and privacy for ten people, and it delivered without feeling crowded. Everyone had their own bathroom which honestly changed the whole dynamic. Days were split between island trips and staying in, enjoying the terrace and long lunches. The heated pool kept getting used even when the weather shifted a bit. We appreciated how close everyday things were, shops, fuel, quick drives to beaches and activities. The house felt modern but not cold, comfortable without being flashy. By the end of the stay, we all agreed it made traveling as a group much easier than expected.

We spent a full week here and used the villa as our home base. Mornings were slow, breakfast outside, then heading out to different parts of the island. Some days we went to Playa Chica, other days golf or a quick drive to the marina. Coming back always felt good, quiet, clean and relaxed. Evenings were usually BBQs or easy meals, kids winding down while adults chatted. The extra sleeping option in the living area helped a lot with flexibility. Everything felt well thought out for real stays, not just short visits.

We were a mixed group of adults and kids and the layout suited us well. Bedrooms were spaced out nicely and the living area was great for evenings together. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked most nights. Heating the pool was worth it, especially later in the day. Booking was straightforward and communication before arrival was clear and helpful.

We stayed here with our family and everything just worked. The house felt fresh and comfortable, air con everywhere, good beds and enough bathrooms so nobody had to wait. We spent most afternoons outside, relaxed lunches, kids in the water, adults doing nothing at all. Supermarket nearby was a big plus. Simple, calm, no stress at any point.
