Villa Agus, Costa Teguise – Seafront Villa with Heated Pool

Villa Agus in Costa Teguise was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The villa’s spacious layout and comfortable bedrooms, complete with air conditioning, offered a truly relaxing experience. The outdoor area with a private pool and covered terrace was our favorite spot, where we soaked in the sea views. The well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and we appreciated the nearby dining options on the promenade. The property manager and staff were exceptional in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Agus for an unforgettable family getaway.

My wife and family celebrated our 50th on the 10th of Nov. The house was everything we could hope for, big, clean, and had all we needed. Swimming pool was great and the covered patio was good when we wanted to get out of the sun. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, etc. Phillipa was the best. We had so much luggage that she helped both from and to the airport. Unbelievable. Thanks. Would go back with no problems.

Just home from spending two weeks with the family at this terrific villa. We had five young adults with us and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for all. The villa is extremely well equipped and I can’t honestly think of anything that we had to do without. The outside covered area is where we ate and it was such a comfortable area to escape the heat sometimes as well. The location is amazing with the most beautiful vista day or night out over the Atlantic Ocean. There were a few restaurants a couple of minutes walk away and it was just a twenty minute stroll along the walkway beside the ocean into the main resort area and the old town. We were well supplied with clean towels for all every couple of days, and a weekly house clean. Will definitely return if bringing a large group away again.

The villa is in a great position overlooking the sea and very convenient for the promenade walk into Costa Teguise. it is well furnished and very clean. The master suite is lovely. For small children, there is a well equipped playground 10 minutes walk away. Anyway, we had a great holiday.

This truly is a wonderful holiday villa in the perfect location right next to the sea. We enjoyed a relaxing 10 day holiday in the well equipped and spacious property. Out of the back gate you are directly onto the pedestrian promenade that tracks the coastline into the Costa Teguise town, with a 20 – 25 minute walk. We ate at numerous lovely and very high quality restaurants which all catered very well for us vegetarians, our personal recommendations were:
– Cesares – pasta to die for!
– Divina Italian – lovely atmosphere with amazing and very good value pizzas.
– Shang Hai Chinese – amazing value for money and really lovely service, cheapest house wine we found at 8.20 euros for half a litre.
– La Hacienda – a family favourite
– Domus Pompei – our first and last meal in Costa Teguise good value wholesome Italian cooking.
The pool was a real treat and very well maintained it was cleaned twice when we were there.
The ultimate compliment I can pay this holiday let is that we have already booked to return next year, and it is not in our nature to go on the same holiday twice!

This is one of the nicest villas I’ve stayed in. It is well presented with everything you need – plus there is someone on hand for any questions or issues. Our kettle wasn’t working and within 90 minutes we had a replacement one – that is great service. The rooms are a good size, with good amount of storage for clothes. The pool and sunbed area is wonderful, as is the undercover outside seating area. Plus the ‘putting green’ is a great addition (we enjoyed a few competitions). This villa is money well spent! I highly recommend it.
