Villa Aguamarina sits right on the seafront, only 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Calan Forcat. This popular resort has many shops and places to eat and drink, a small sandy beach and inlet, a children’s play area and waterpark, all within a short walk! Plus, its excellent front line position secures fabulous sea views from the poolside and both levels of the house. The interior is stylish, bright and airy, plus air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge and WiFi are included.

The raised covered terrace overlooks the saltwater swimming pool to the open sea and along the coast in either direction, providing a pleasant alfresco dining space. There’s plenty of room to sunbathe and enjoy the view, plus you’ll have your own BBQ for enjoying traditional meal times with the rest of your party – you can even enjoy the incredible sunset as you dine!
From the lounge, 4 steps lead up to a twin bedroom with an adjacent shower room and access to the side terrace leading to the pool. The second twin bedroom has an en suite shower room and a door to the front terrace. Upstairs are 2 impressive double bedrooms, each with a unique open plan shower room and WC, as well as a spacious private terrace with spectacular views of the sea.
The fresh and airy open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen has 2 large patio doors opening out onto the covered terrace, overlooking the pool and open sea. This communal living area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, a table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen. The utility room and adjacent drying area can also be accessed from here.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Loved everything about Villa Aguamarina! Super clean, amazing location, and that saltwater pool was a dream. The terrace was our favorite spot – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. This place was everything we hoped for! The villa is stylish, modern, and well-equipped. The pool area was perfect for lounging, and the view was just stunning.
