Villa Agnese is a delightful and substantial 5 bedroom villa located very close to the beach in the residential area of Agnese Playa just off Marbella’s ‘golden mile’ and close to Puerto Banus. The interiors are light, airy and traditionally furnished whilst the pool area is surrounded by shady patios and gardens. The villa is perfect for large families and groups as it’s only a short drive to all the resort amenities of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Villa Agnese is a substantial sized villa that is light and airy, plus benefits from air conditioned/ heated rooms and numerous pleasant outside terraces and patios from which to enjoy a family villa holiday. With light, airy interiors, traditional furnishings, and a refreshing pool surrounded by gardens, this villa is perfect for large families and groups seeking a relaxing getaway with easy access to Marbella’s amenities.
Solid drive and pedestrian gates open into the large, marble paved front, patio and mature walled garden. At the side of the house is the pool with lawn surround, troughs of plants, palms and access to the rear.

The interior is light and airy with marble flooring throughout whilst the furnishings are co-ordinated and traditional. Original drawings and paintings adorn the walls and the large windows let abundant natural light into all the rooms.
On the ground floor, heavy double doors lead into a roomy hallway. Through an archway is the large double aspect, open plan lounge/dining area. At one end is a dining area and the other has a fireplace and full width patio doors opening to a large covered terrace facing the garden and pool. The terrace is furnished for both relaxing and those alfresco family meals.

Off the dining area is the kitchen and from there a small interior patio. Two comfortable twin bedrooms lead off the lounge and both have fitted wardrobes plus pool and side garden views. These bedrooms share an attractive marble bathroom.

Upstairs is the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, a lounge area and a pleasant terrace with sea and mountain views. Alongside is a further double bedroom with a large open terrace and similar views. There is also a twin bedroom located off the landing with a good sized terrace offering pool, garden and sea views. There is also a separate bathroom.
