Villa Agnelo is the perfect choice if you’re looking for a good quality house in a good location. Thanks to the elevated covered terrace, views across the resort and sea towards Fuerteventura can be enjoyed from this beautiful property. This pleasant 3 bedroom house is approximately 15 minutes’ walk from Playa Flamingo Beach, some shops, bars and restaurants. The centre of Playa Blanca and the fashionable Rubicon Marina are a short drive away.
The villa has an attractive outdoor space. There is a private swimming pool surrounded by walls providing extra privacy. The sunbeds are great for soaking up the Canarian sunshine or relaxing with a good book. A flight of stairs lead to the covered terrace where the dining table and chairs are located. This is an ideal place to dine alfresco whilst admiring the sea views. The games tables are great for everyone to enjoy.
There is on-street parking for your hire car. The entrance is along a path, through an arched gateway leading to the front door on the covered terrace. The living area is tastefully decorated and has seating, a flat screen TV and patio doors to the covered terrace with delightful sea views. The separate and well-equipped kitchen has a dining table and chairs and access to the utility room.
There are 3 bedrooms – 2 doubles and a twin – in this villa. One of the double bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. There is also a separate shower room. All bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had such a relaxing time at Villa Agnelo. The location’s just right…close enough to everything, but still peaceful. We used the outdoor terrace every night – sunsets were beautiful!! It was our first time booking with this agency and they made everything sooo simple, from the start to check-out.
The kids were obsessed with the pool and games area – kept them busy while we relaxed. Villa was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Thank u to the team for helping us with a car rental before arrival…made life easier!
Stayed here for a week with my partner and some friends. Loooved the sea view from the terrace – had coffee out there every morning. The pool was private and super clean, plus beach was like 15 min walk. Def coming back.
The villa was everything I hoped it would be, spacious, clean and set in an amazing location. This place has to be seen to be believed. The nearest shop is a good 10 minutes walk. I would have no hesitations in coming back here again…… infact I’m trying to organise another trip back here again next year already. Thank you so much and I hope everything was as you found it when we left.
Wow. What a villa!!! I have just returned after a great family holiday. The villa is amazing. If you wanted peace and quiet you could find it! The furniture and fittings were first class. The pool was lovely. Thanks for the welcome pack ie. water, oranges for juicing ,tea,coffee and local phone calls to name a few. I just need a wee lottery win to come back !!!
