The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

This was our second time booking with this agency, and again, everything was flawless. The villa is spotless, well-equipped, and the heated pool is a game-changer. They even left a welcome pack with snacks and drinks, which was a nice surprise! Service is top-notch, and the location is perfect for exploring Fuerteventura. Can’t wait to return!!

We were a group of 6 friends, and this place was PERFECT! The pool and jacuzzi were used daily (especially after long beach days), and the villa had everything we needed. Loved that there was a spa & gym in the complex too. The dunes are breathtaking, and we even tried kite surfing! Such an amazing trip!!

Villa Agatha was absolutely stunning!! The marble floors, comfy beds, and modern kitchen made our stay super comfortable. We loved the private pool, and the rooftop BBQ was a nice touch. The best part? The beaches are just a short drive away! The booking process was smooth, and the agency was super helpful. They even gave us great restaurant recommendations! Already planning our next trip!

Stayed here with my family for a week, and it was just what we needed! The villa is spacious, clean, and has everything you could ask for. The pool was warm and perfect for evening swims. Supermarket is close, which made everything easier. Would def book again!

Wow, this villa is a dream!! ???? Everything was perfect – the heated pool, the rooftop BBQ (we had a blast grilling!), and that jacuzzi…pure relaxation! The location is also amazing, super close to the dunes and beaches. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. 100% recommend!!!

The villa was really nice and the location is excellent. We enjoyed the pool and the villa. The shopping centre is near by. My child loved the pool and all the toys left for us to play with. Everything was very well organised and the family enjoyed the stay very much. We will definitely return again.

This villa has everything you would need for a very enjoyable holiday – this was our second visit and we would hope to return again!! The heated private pool is a fantastic added bonus, the kids can play freely without worry as there is also a play area.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and there are lots of nice restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance. Can’t say enough about this villa – spotless and well cared for – you need to visit!!
