Villa Agata is a spacious, well designed and comfortable 5 bedroom villa within easy walking distance from Mijas Costa beach and the resort centre, with Fuengirola and Marbella within a short drive. It is set over 2 floors and its’ large south facing terrace means the villa is filled with natural light giving it an airy feel. The villa also benefits from a large, private heated pool, WiFi and air conditioned/ heated bedrooms.
Villa Agata is a spacious and tastefully furnished villa set in a corner plot over 2 floors. The villa is also bathed with natural light and with its light colours givea this beautiful villa an airy feel.
On the ground floor, the front door opens into a light, roomy hallway. Double, half glazed doors open into the L shaped, triple aspect, open plan lounge/dining room with a fireplace and twin patio windows that open out to the rear terrace.
Off the hallway is a sizeable, well fitted kitchen, a cloakroom and a utility room. The superb rear terrace has sun shades and extends along the back of the upper level.
This south facing terrace is furnished for dining and relaxing and overlooks the lovely pool and neat gardens below. Gated steps lead down from this terrace to the heated pool/garden areas.
Back inside, stairs lead down from the hallway to the bedrooms on the lower floor. All bedrooms have patio doors which open out to the garden or pool, are air conditioned / heated and have fitted wardrobes. The lovely master double bedroom enjoys a spacious, pink marble en suite bathroom with twin basins whilst the two comfortable double bedrooms both connect to an en suite shower room.
The two, roomy twin bedrooms share a family sized, separate bathroom with shower cubicle and twin basins. Outside, the large heated pool is set in immaculate gardens of lawn and flower beds with paved areas and potted plants.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We had not been with this travel agency for a few years but were impressed by their continuing attention to detail and making the booking of a holiday as stress free as possible. All went well. We enjoyed our stay as there were so many facilities in the villa to enjoy and make our stay relaxing, plenty of sun beds, table tennis, pool table and barbecue. The area was very quiet and the garden and pool very private and not overlooked. We had an excellent time. The maid who carried out a mid week clean was again, excellent. We would definitely consider a holiday with this travel agency again
