There is plenty of space for larger groups with the 2 living areas, plus there’s a large private pool and summer kitchen for alfresco living. This villa is located less than 5 minutes’ drive from Arenal Beach in Javea, as well as plenty of places to eat and drink along the promenade. The large private pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace where you can relax with a good book on one of the sun loungers. There’s a pergola to one side, and with the summer kitchen you will be well equipped for alfresco dining. Next to the summer kitchen, there’s also an outside shower. The table and chairs are located on ground floor balcony.
Once inside the grounds there’s a gated driveway for parking your hire cars. There are 5 steps down to gated porch leading to front door which opens into entrance hall. The main open plan lounge/dining area is on the ground floor. It’s spacious with traditional furnishings, beamed ceilings adding character, and a dining table and chairs. Patio doors allow plenty of light to flood the room, as well as provide access to the terrace. The main fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and has a door leading to a utility area and stairs up to the roof terrace. The pool level living/dining area is also equipped with a small kitchenette which has a hob, fridge freezer, microwave and sink.
The ground floor has a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a separate shower room. Down the external stairs at pool level there is an annexe with a twin bedroom and a double bedroom which share a separate bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchenette.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Our group of ten enjoyed a characterful retreat at Villa Agalia. The tasteful renovation, original character, and spacious terrace with a large private pool created a delightful atmosphere. The proximity to Arenal Beach and the promenade made it a convenient and enjoyable stay.
date of visit. June. just returned home after a wonderful stay at Villa Agalia in Costa Blanca and we are so sad to leave. Is a magnificent holiday villa with great facilities. I would say this is the best area to stay as you are so close to everywhere and can walk. The beach is one of the nicest ones we’ve been too We definitely will be going back.
Would defiantly recommend this villa, everyone absolutely loved staying here and will defiantly be booking again in the future. Couldn’t fault it, it was beautiful
