The villa has spectacular views over the neighbouring rooftops towards the sea and the beach, shops and restaurants in this sought after resort are all within easy reach on foot or in a couple of minutes by car. Mijas, the golf courses of Torremolinos or the excellent leisure facilities of Fuengirola are also close by. The villa has a childrens pool and independent facilities on both floors making it a popular choice with small or large groups alike, and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and pool heating are included.

Villa Adella is a large and comfortable villa with sea views, plus has the advantage of having a self contained two bedroom apartment on the first floor. It is an ideal choice for groups and families.
The ground floor of the villa is light and spacious with a comfortable open plan lounge/dining room and at one end, large patio doors face out to the pool and terrace. The well fitted kitchen leads off the dining section and has a breakfast table.

There are three bedrooms reached via the hallway and they consist of the double room with an en suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms, both facing the front gardens and sharing a bathroom with twin basins and separate shower cubicle.
The upstairs apartment is reached via an external staircase which can be accessed through a door in the lounge or from the garden and opens onto a sizeable open terrace with panoramic sea and mountain views.

Patio doors lead into a lounge area and then through to a hallway with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and a bright fitted kitchen leading off it.
