The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

The villa was even better than the pics!! We spent a week here and honestly didn’t wanna leave. La Luna Beach was just a short drive and soooo beautiful. Will def come back!
Felt like we were in our own little luxury retreat – the garden’s insane, so peaceful and full of green, and the pool was spotless! We stayed with another family, 8 ppl in total, and it never felt crowded. Also, shoutout to the team who helped us find the best beaches and book a golf session nearby – so helpful.
We booked Villa Acacias for my sister’s birthday and it was honestly perfect. The outdoor kitchen on the roof was a hit – we grilled, we laughed, we chilled in the jacuzzi ’til late. Big thanks to the agency for helping us organize everything, from the cake to a private chef one night. Felt super pampered!
That roof terrace… unreal!! We spent every evening up there – wine, music, and sunsets. Honestly, one of the chillest spots I’ve ever stayed at. Garden felt like a mini jungle, so pretty!
