Villa Acacia is set in beautiful mature gardens with distant mountain views and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Santa Marta beach and El Paraiso golf course are close by with the main resorts of Estepona, San Pedro and Puerto Banus only a short drive away. Air conditioning/heating in 5 bedrooms and the lounge, satellite TV with BBC and ITV, WiFi and a heated pool are included.
Villa Acacia is a spacious and well designed villa with free pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in five of the bedrooms and lounge. There are great mountain and golf course views to admire from the pool and terrace areas.
The villa is set on a large corner plot is shielded by a neat conifer hedge which adds an element of privacy to the villa and gardens. A path leads through the gardens to an attractive covered porch decorated with potted plants.
The front door opens into a marble floored hallway with glazed doors through into a sunny, well furnished lounge. This spacious and comfortable room has a feature fireplace, an attractive dining area and double patio doors out to a lovely terrace.
Left of the hallway is a corridor with a shower room. Next to this is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and rear garden views. There is also a spacious, master double bedroom which has dual aspect windows, with garden views, a dressing room and an en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Right of the hall is a cloakroom and a well fitted family sized kitchen with fireplace, breakfast area and a walk in larder. Off the kitchen is a drying patio and a single bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Upstairs is a comfortable, double bedroom with en suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. The patio doors lead onto an open terrace with stunning mountain and golf course views. Adjacent is a twin bedroom also with patio doors leading onto a large open terrace and similar views.
Downstairs the terrace overlooks the well tended garden and unique shaped heated swimming pool. It is very comfortably furnished for relaxing and alfresco dining with a delightful barbecue area off the kitchen.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

From the moment we walked into Villa Acacia until we the day we left, we truly felt as if we were at home. Everything is well organized and managed. The villa itself is much nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool is fabulous. The views are stunning. Our hosts could not have been more gracious, friendly and attentive. The area has a terrific fruit and veg store for those interested in cooking. And the plumbing is English! We’ve stayed at other villas in the area and they do not compare. I believe that the main difference is that Villa Acacia was built by the owners for themselves and they lived in it for years before building another Villa nearby, where they currently reside. So, all the little touches are there. Whatever you need, it’s already provided. All in all, a terrific experience. Our family will definitely return. I could not recommend it more highly.
I have just returned from a wonderful stay at Acacia Villa, it certainly lived up to its name. We were able to relax and switch off from the moment we arrived. The villa is just a short walk from both the local town and beach which had a wealth of lovely restaurants to choose from. We’ll be back!!
