Entering through huge antique Ronda doors, the rooms of this luxury villa are revealed one by one leading off from the orange tree patio.

Villa Abril is a calming and welcoming space in the heart of exclusive Sotogrande, with warm and spacious interiors suitable for up to 10/12 guests, it is a fabulous villa to share with friends.
Four of the five large bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the family room is up a short staircase above the terracotta courtyard. They are all spacious with King or Queen size beds, and each bedroom has its own bathroom so several couples can share this villa in complete privacy.

The impressive master bedroom opens fully to a large terrace and overlooks the garden, while a second guest suite has its own geranium-filled patio to the side of the house. The two middle rooms each open out to the terracotta courtyard and enjoy being in the cool shade in the height of Summer.
The kitchen is a lovely Spanish country-style affair with all you need to prepare a holiday meal. The housekeeper is happy to prepare a lunchtime snack for you, or we can also help you with booking a private chef for more formal meal occasions. The impressive dining room seats 12 around a magnificent table and is the perfect setting for a small and intimate celebration, wine tasting, or gourmet feast.

This villa has free Wifi internet, a spacious sitting room and second TV lounge with music systems, TV sets, Satellite TV channels and a full range of welcoming touches to help you feel right at home. With the addition of the staff apartment at the rear of the house, this villa is ideal if you want to being along our own nanny or housekeeper, or can provide additional space for two more guests who don’t mind a more basic style of decor. The villa is surrounded by gently sloping lawns bordered by trees giving just the right amount of shade and privacy. The pool is located at the bottom of the garden in its own little sun trap, with sun beds and Roman steps this is the perfect spot to catch up with a good book from the villa library.

Terraces and seating areas can be found in abundance and you can find as much sunshine or shade as you like. The main terrace extends around the side of the house past a water-lily filled pond and has different options for dining or relaxing with a good bottle of Red, while the master bedroom and guest suite both open out onto their own little patios with plenty of pink geraniums offering pops of Spanish colour.
