If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for a 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund, unless the same dates are successfully rebooked to another guest. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and are subject to availability.
If this is not possible, luggage storage may be offered. The property manager will confirm the available options closer to your arrival or departure.

Stayed here for a week with friends, and it was amazing. The villa is beautiful, with all the little touches that make a stay special. The pool and terrace were our favorite spots. The beach is close, and we also enjoyed a few local dives. If you’re looking for a relaxed but luxurious stay, this is the place!

We had an unforgettable time at Villa Sevapa. The view from the living room was just stunning, and the villa was super comfortable. The location is great, too – a quiet area, but just a short walk to everything. The kids loved the pool and the beach, and we enjoyed some amazing evenings on the terrace. Great service from the team – they really made everything easy for us!

This place is a gem! The location right by the sea is incredible, and the villa itself has everything you could need. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and the outdoor area is super relaxing. It’s really peaceful but still close to all the fun in Puerto del Carmen. Big thanks to the agency for making booking so easy!

Villa Sevapa was the perfect spot for our family vacation. We loved the big terrace with those sea views. The kids loved the pool, and the beach was just down the road. We also had a great time checking out the promenade nearby. Will definitely be back!

Wow, what a place! Waking up to the ocean view every morning was amazing. The villa was super comfy, and the pool was just perfect. We spent a lot of time chilling on the terrace. Definitely a peaceful spot, but still close enough to everything!

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Villa Sevapa. The location was perfect, and the breathtaking views from the master bedroom made our mornings extra special.
