The exclusive residential area of Las Brisas is located in Cala Marmacen, Port Andratx, and consists of only 18 luxury villas. This villa in particular is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. An impressive driveway leads to the main entrance. The gorgeous sea views offered from the entrance hall can be enjoyed already on opening the door. The wing to the right comprises exclusively the main room with a private terrace, the one to the left provides two guest bedrooms with an own en suite bathroom each, that share a large terrace as well, plus a room dedicated to home cinema that could also be used as an additional bedroom.
The ground floor is accessible by an ample and modern stairway and comprises the kitchen, dining area and the living room with fireplace. All those rooms could be easily converted into a single one, communicating the feeling of a spacious loft due to its large sliding doors. Moreover, all the rooms on the ground floor provide access to the terrace with three different areas for dining, relaxing in the shadow and the sun, or enjoying the chill out. This property furthermore features a separate guest apartment, a gym area, sauna, home office, safe and a wine cellar. Both the first floor and the ground floor dispose of almost double ceiling height, thus communicating a feeling of great well-being throughout all the rooms.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa Erasmo was everything we hoped for—peaceful, elegant, and with some of the best sea views we’ve ever seen. The outdoor spaces are fantastic, with different spots to lounge, dine, or just enjoy the sunset. Inside, the villa feels bright and airy, with high-end finishes and thoughtful details. The wine cellar was a fun touch! We also loved exploring the marina and hiking the nearby coastal trails. Can’t wait to visit again!
If you’re looking for a private, high-end getaway, this is the place! The villa is in a quiet, exclusive area, yet just a short drive from everything in Port Andratx. The home is immaculate, with high ceilings, stylish decor, and all the amenities you could need. The guest apartment was a great bonus for our group. The concierge service was fantastic—they helped us with restaurant reservations and even a private yacht charter. Highly recommend!
We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Erasmo. The sea views from every room are breathtaking, and we spent so much time just relaxing on the terraces, soaking it all in. The villa itself is beautifully designed—spacious, modern, and super comfortable. We loved the pool area, and the gym and sauna were great extras. Port Andratx is such a charming place, with amazing restaurants and little boutiques. Already dreaming about coming back!

The Villa itself was spacious and equipped with everything you’d need and more (great BBQ!). The infinity pool was perfect, amazing views. I highly recommend this villa for a luxury and private holiday!!
This is a fantastic villa which is perfect for a large family. It is very clean and well equipped. The service from villa staff was brilliant and we had an amazing time. The views over the bay of Andratx and coast is just breathtaking, a joy to wake up to every morning. We will definitely be back!
