The ground floor offers an inviting open-plan living space, tastefully furnished and flooded with natural light. This level connects directly to covered and open terraces that overlook the garden and mountains-ideal for family breakfasts, casual lounging or long al fresco dinners. The fully equipped kitchen includes two refrigerators, a wine fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. A laundry area with washing machine is also available.

Two spacious double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both with luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The upper level hosts two additional double bedrooms, also en-suite, including the master suite with lovely views over the garden and swimming pool.
