A luxury villa, currently one of the best on the Canary Islands, is located in the south of Tenerife in the heart of the most prestigious resort – El Duque.
It is a quiet residential area, surrounded by green parks and gardens, and it will take you only 10-15 minutes by walking to the majority of the entertainment centers, shops, restaurants, five-star hotels, a beautiful El Duque beach and a long pedestrian promenade. Surface of 3800 m2. A beautiful panoramic view to the ocean. Parking for several cars. Heated swimming pool 25 m long, open-air cinema, outdoor solarium, Chill Out terrace by the pool, summer showers, sunbeds, chilling areas, WC. An outdoor terrace, a Finnish sauna, a hammam, a small swimming pool, shower rooms with hydro massage, a massage room, WC. Chilling areas for big groups, Russian billiards, gym, WC.
Fruit garden: a small banana plantation, papaya, mango, peaches, guava, loquat, apples, lemons, olives, butterfly corner. Numerous gazebos and hammocks. Round terraces of the ground and first floor offer you wonderful views to the ocean and La Gomera island. Each bedroom of the villa has its own access to the terrace separated by beautiful and shady palm trees. A big dining room designed for all the guests of the house is situated on one of the lower terraces.
MAIN HOUSE
The surface of the house is 850 m2. Ground and first floors. The interior of the villa is devoted to the sea travels. All elements of the interior design are made in the ship’s style and the furniture was made specifically for this house in a small Italian family factory specializing in luxury yachts interiors. We have used many unique items and original ancient ship parts in the design of this villa.

Small kitchen and lounge-dining room for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom and terrace. The guest house is designed for comfortable accommodation of 4 people.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.

Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.
