The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

We booked Escapes Villas to celebrate a big birthday with friends, and it was the best decision ever. The setting is beyond stunning, and we spent most of our time on the terraces, sipping wine and watching the sunset. The concierge helped us organize a private chef one night, and it was the highlight of our stay! Incredible food, amazing service, and an unforgettable trip overall.
We’ve stayed in many high-end villas, but this one takes the crown. The two separate houses were perfect for our big group—plenty of space, privacy when needed, but also great common areas for meals and hanging out. Loved the spa, the hot tub, and the fact that everything felt brand new. Booking was simple, and the team was super helpful throughout. Can’t recommend enough!
Stayed here for a week with my family, and I still can’t believe how perfect it was! The sea views from the terrace were unreal, and we loved having direct access to the water. The villa is massive, super clean, and beautifully designed. The heated indoor pool and sauna were a game-changer, especially in the evenings. Already planning our next trip back!

So much so, that it was easy to forget about seeing the sights and just stay by the pool. A private chef was very helpful and the hired boat was amazing and enjoyed our group. The property was clean and absolutely well maintained. Our group of 14 adults was very satisfied about all condition and location of the properties. If we had any questions or needed support it was easy to get in contact with the staff of the villas and they were always very helpful! The villa is built to a very high standard and offered everything we could wish for. The surroundings were stunning as well – We all spent hours looking in every direction and enjoying the magnificent views! I recommend to hire a boat and a private chef…you will have a great party there. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!
This amazing property is just a dream! We spent a terrific long weekend with everything we needed without going out of home! Very well equipped. Location is great, really close by the restaurants, bars and beaches. Stunning views of both sides of the sea. The property is much better in real life than in pictures and the housekeeper made everything easy and relax for us to enjoy the stay. I will totally recommend to stay here and actually we are all planning to come back as soon as we can!
