CanMortorell is a real home. You enter through French doors from the terrace into the living area which has a cosy sitting area around the fireplace. The dining area leads to the kitchen, equipped with pine units, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer; a utility area is beyond with washing machine and dryer. There is a separate sitting room with exposed stone walls and stairs leading up to a mezzanine level with plush seating and satellite TV; this section has air-conditioning. On this level there is a bedroom with one single bed and a seperate bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
On the first floor is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and TV with video, a double bedroom, another twin bedroom, a single bedroom with a large single bed, plus two bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin. Stairs lead up to the master bedroom which has twin beds together, a seating area with TV around the fireplace, and a study area; glass doors lead into the large bathroom with pine beamed sloping ceiling, bath, separate shower, basin in vanity unit and toilet this section of the house has air-conditioning. There are terraces on two sides of the house according to whether you want to be in the sun or shade, with a separate barbecue area; on each there are dining table and chairs.
The swimming pool is terraced all around in an enclosed garden area and measures 10m x 6m, going to a depth of 4m with a diving board. In front of the house is the hard tennis court. A path leads to the casita which has a sitting room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV and French doors to the garden. The kitchen has a gas hob and refrigerator and there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin; the bedroom has twin beds and French doors leading out. 2 bedroom has 2 beds, 140cm and 120cm. 3 bedrooms got King size beds.

The Payment for your reservation can be made either immediately or in two convenient installments:
First Installment: Secure your booking by paying 50% of the total amount within two days of making the reservation.
Second Installment: Complete your payment by settling the remaining 50% of the total amount, and this is due no later than 45 days before your anticipated arrival.
Please note that full payment will be required if booking within 10 weeks of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
100% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 45 days before the scheduled arrival.
80% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
70% refund if canceled from the booking date up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival.
Flexible Bookings:
Up to 3 Days After Booking: Enjoy a three-day 'cooling-off period' after booking your villa, available until 12 weeks before your arrival. If your plans change during this period, we'll provide you with a voucher valid for 2 weeks, ensuring the protection of your deposit until you're ready to rebook.
Prior to 12 Weeks Before Arrival: Need to change your travel dates, the villa itself, or even your destination? No problem! You have the flexibility to do so. Upon payment of the balance, you will receive a voucher code equivalent to the booking value, valid for two weeks. This allows you to easily book a new villa online to match your new plans.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Your comfort is important to us. Therefore, we offer flexibility in check-in and check-out times:
Check-in time is at 14:00 on your arrival date.
Check-out time is at 12:00 on your departure date.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If early check-in and late check-out options are not available, you may be able to store your suitcases at the property. This way, you can explore or relax without worrying about them. The property manager will inform you of this at the time of check-in or check-out.

Villa CanMortorell is simply stunning! There was more than enough space for our group of 20+, and we never felt crowded. The pool is large and well-maintained, and the tennis court was a fun addition. The different houses gave everyone privacy, and the common areas were perfect for big group dinners. The local beaches are beautiful, and we loved exploring Pollensa’s charming streets. The villa’s concierge service helped us arrange boat trips and even a wine tasting experience. An unforgettable stay!
This finca had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with friends. The gardens are beautiful, and we spent most of our time outdoors by the pool and BBQ area. The house itself is full of character, with rustic charm and modern comforts. The location is fantastic—quiet and private, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and Pollensa’s old town. The villa team was amazing, making sure we had everything we needed, from pre-arrival groceries to activity recommendations. We will definitely return!
We stayed at Villa CanMortorell for a family reunion, and it was absolutely ideal! The space is fantastic—plenty of bedrooms, multiple guest houses for privacy, and amazing outdoor areas. The pool was a highlight, and having a tennis court was a huge bonus. We loved being just a short drive from Cala San Vicente beach, which was perfect for a relaxing swim. The concierge service helped us book a private chef one night, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommend for large groups!

i don’t usually write feedback but this time i feel i really should because they deserve it- we stayed at the villa for 10 days, and we enjoyed every second!
on one hand we had the privacy that we needed. the villa has all the necessary facilities in very high standards- big rooms, big and Equipped kitchen , beautiful and Spacious living room plus a dining room. the patio is also big, gorgeous and with unbelievable view.
in short-the place is perfect and we really loved it, hope to be back soon!
I stayed at CanMartorell with a big group of friends and had the most amazing time. It was the perfect escape and offered everything we wanted and more. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the view of the mountains as a back drop is stunning!
There are so many great outside areas. We had many a long lunch under the tree poolside and we spent the evenings by the summer house until early hours. It s a perfect place to relax but also to have fun.
The d cor and interior throughout has been designed with great taste and to a very high standard. The farm house is full of character as are the guest houses. You have all the facilities you need for self-catering and all the rooms have hairdryers.
Puerto Pollensa is a 10 minute drive away, there you can find a beautiful port, sandy beach and pine walk with plenty of bars and restaurants. It s a great place to watch the world go by and people watch. Pollensa as a destination is pretty idyllic as is CanMartorell. I would highly recommend a visit.
If you are planning a trip to Majorca look no further than CanMartorell for your accommodation. Located in a beautifully private setting, set back from the main road, behind secure automatic entrance gates and down a long entrance drive lined with fruit trees. We had 22 members of family and friends on our visit and were all very comfortable. 2 separate guest houses for staff or the inlaws! I think the price represents good value considering the location, number of people who can stay and the facilities on offer. There is a choice of two swimming pools, a well maintained tennis court and numerous covered and outdoor eating areas so you can pick and choose depending on your mood! The original house is gorgeous, historic and very atmospheric. If you do want to venture out the nearby Port of Pollenca is possibly the most idyllic of seaside Spanish towns with a great selection of bars and restaurants set along the magical pinewalk.
