Why do I have to pay a deposit, and when is the full amount due?

  • Second Installment: Pay the remaining 50% no later than 45 days before your arrival.

Full payment is required if booking within 10 weeks of departure. The damage security deposit is included with the rental deposit to guarantee the property’s integrity.

Why is the name different from the property’s real name?

Some property owners request privacy regarding the property’s actual name or location. We use alternate names that reflect the property’s character and setting — while respecting privacy.

When will I receive the property address?

Property addresses are provided in your booking contract after your reservation is confirmed. The contract includes full details so you can plan your arrival with confidence.

Do I need to hire a car?
